Delays due to COVID 19 restrictions

Order Processing & Shipping Time – Please Read 

There are times that we do receive unexpected large number of orders from customers around the world. We are a very small team with humble beginnings. We therefore ask that you be patient and understanding for the longer than normal processing times of approximately 2-3 business days (not including weekends).

We are processing orders as quickly as possible in the order that they are placed. You can also copy n paste your order details and send as email to [email protected] to expedite your order.

Australia Post is also experiencing domestic delivery delays at the moment.

At Akos Creative, we believe that all our jewellery are perfectly crafted. 

However, if we got it wrong somewhere, we will issue full refund.

Faulty jewellery will always be repaired if it’s a manufacturing fault. Refunds are also available if the product is faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations. 
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Please attach a clear photo of the faulty jewellery item. We don’t accept returns or refund if you changed your mind.

We’re not responsible for delays due to customs. We will send you confirmation of shipment if you asked. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
