How to Place your Order in this Shop.

Here, I make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for. So, you can click and select products and their variations with ease.

However, where I do not list product variations, I am asking that you kindly include a short NOTE to your order. Here, you can indicate your preferences or specific details your need. I am all open for this so please let me know more about your customised orders.

Order Processing & Shipping Times – Please Read 

I usually process all orders 3- 5  business days.

Domestic  Shipping, Standard will usually take 7 -14 business days. I offer FREE SHIPPING on lighweight items Australia only.

However, there are times that I do receive an unexpected large number of orders from customers around the world. What this means is, being a sole trader handcrafting jewellery and accessories sometimes demands more hands than I have. As a result, I do spend more time than was planned on certain tasks. Hence, I need more time to complete some orders for instance. This is periodic though, especially during the holiday seasons. 

The truth is I hate to make you my cherished customer wait unnecessarily to receive your products. However, when this happens, I humbly ask that you have patience and understanding with me.

Besides this, I do make efforts to process all your orders as quickly as possible. In fact, I process orders in the order they are placed.

RETURNS

Here at Akos Creative Studio, I believe that all the jewellery that I handmake are perfectly made. Hence, I can guarantee you will receive a high standard in quality and finishing.

However, if I happen to get it wrong somewhere, I will issue a full refund. No questions asked. This is my Guarantee to you.

Faulty jewellery will always be repaired if it is a manufacturing fault, if the customer requests. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving the order to let me know about faulty products. Please attach a clear photo of the faulty jewellery item.

WHY I AM UNABLE TO ACCEPT EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION

However, I cannot accept exchanges or cancellations because of the nature of creating process. So, I hope that you can understand.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES 

I am not in control of shipping delays as result of customs. Likewise, Australia post mail and parcel processes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

 WHEN CONNECTING WITH MY CUSTOMERS, I KEEP IT REAL

Hence, I always endeavour to send you confirmation of shipment by taking snapshot of your parcel. Also I tend to send quick SMS messages to my customers.

The reason I do this is that, I find feels more personal and real. So, I enjoy chatting with customers or curious enquiries alike.
